Annual Meeting of Members

There will be an hour allocated for membership to address the board along with any questions and comments from 8-9AM.

Members wishing to address the general membership shall petition the President of HHHA, in writing, at least 15 days (by April 4, 2025) in advance of the meeting. Such information must include the topic of discussion, an outline of the presentation, and a requested time allotment. The President shall process the petition and see the meeting agenda to accommodate such formal request.

Members in good standing who cannot attend the annual meeting of members, may vote by a proxy or proxies appointed in writing, and filed with the secretary of HHHA. Proxies must be filed with the Secretary of HHHA before the person holding such proxy shall be allowed to vote. Proxies shall become void 11 months after the execution or upon completion of any stated purpose in the proxy, whichever is sooner.
