Fundraising - All team fundraisers must be approved. - Please read below for more information

  • IRS rules require that nonprofit fundraisers benefit all participants equally.
  • This protects our association’s nonprofit status.
  • Fundraising proceeds must support the entire team/program — not individual players.
  • Individual Fundraising Accounts (IFAs) are not permitted; all funds go into the team’s general account.
  • Families may choose not to participate in fundraising, but all families share equally in the benefit.
  • Families may conduct independent fundraising on their own, but it must remain separate from the association.
  • The fundraising documents on the HHHA website will be updated to reflect these guidelines. Please remember that a Team Fundraising Request must still be completed and submitted for approval prior to any team fundraiser.
