Shooting Center Lessons
A player will receive the following at each session:
- Shooting instruction with high repetitions on technique for:
- Wrist Shot
- Snap Shot
- Slap Shot - if allowed
- Backhand
- One timers
- Stick-handling instruction
- Zone 1, 2, 3, 4
- Toe-drag
- Puck lifts
- Wrist and forearm strength development
- Individual feedback on progress and drills for each player to do at home
Fees
$20 per lesson

IHHL Lessons
The following dates and times are for Winter In-House Hockey League players only. There will be 2 sessions each day with a maximum of 6 players per session.

March 2, 9
Times:
- Session 1 - 9:15 AM - 10:15 AM
- Session 2 - 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM
