On Game Days, please get ready in your team’s assigned locker room. If the board says Orange in locker room 1, please only get ready in that locker room and not the other teams.

In-House Practice is cancelled today and games are a go tomorrow. Yesterday Hyland Hills Hockey Association sent out an email stating that all events are cancelled until 2pm today. Unfortunately our practice falls under that time frame and is cancelled.

The last gameday for the Fall In-House Season is on Sunday, November 24th during our standard game time slots. That is subject to change, if it does, I will let everyone know ASAP. The game matchups will be announced the week prior to the last gameday.

Hi Players and Parents,

I wanted to remind everyone that there is no In-House this upcoming weekend, October 19th and 20th, due to the Girls Regional Silver Stick Tournament. Everyone is more than welcome to swing by the rink and support our Jags teams! We will be back on the ice October 26th and 27th.

On a separate note, if you would like for your team to have a classroom/chalk talk session feel free to reach out and we can get something scheduled for your respective team!

As a heads up to everyone, I am currently in Concussion Protocol after receiving a concussion on Monday. I am planning on being at the rink this weekend, but I will not be on the ice as I recover.

I wanted to remind everyone that we DO NOT have In-House this weekend due to the AA Rocky Mountain Regional Silver Sticks tournament. That being said, everyone is more than welcome to come out and support the Jaguar and Gator teams playing this weekend! The tournament runs Thursday afternoon through Sunday.

After the games on Sunday we will look into some slight roster movement. If that happens, I will reach out to the respective families for roster movement. If there is roster movement, we will likely have to trade jerseys, but I will let you know for sure if that’s the case.

We would also like to remind everyone that we need to stay positive with our cheering. This is an introductory program. There is no need to yell at players, officials, coaches and other parents. Infractions will be dealt with the Hyland Hills Disciplinary Committee.

Hi Players and Parents,

Thank you to everyone for a great week one of our Fall In-House Season! If you were missing this past weekend, please find myself or Hyland Hills staff so we can set you up with the appropriate jersey.

We are going to leave the rosters the same through the first three weeks of the season then reevaluate after that for competitive balance. We want every team to play each other once and see all the players before we change any rosters.

Please reach out if you would like to learn how to work the clock for games or help out on the benches for games. Also, please reach out if your player wants more information regarding goaltending!

After the evaluation process this past Saturday, all players have been placed on teams and reflected on Crossbar. Crossbar will be our main form of communication throughout the season. You can download Crossbar to your mobile device, seeing schedules, setting player availability, and important updates in the chat. The link below is an in depth document covering what the Fall 2024 In-House season will entail.

Saturday, September 7th

Our season begins on Saturday, September 7th with practice for all four teams. Arrive at the rink no later than 10:30 am and check-in at the Red Rink to receive your jersey. Following check-in at 11:15, there will be a parents meeting to cover the season and expectations. Players will practice from 12:00-1:00, then a short player meeting in the Green Party rooms to go over basic rules and understanding of the game of hockey. Schedule below:

Evaluation Jerseys

For player evaluations, we handed evaluation jerseys. We received most, but not all back. All evaluations jerseys must be returned on September 7th or 8th. If the missing jerseys are not returned by then, the family will be charged $100 for the cost of replacement.
