Skating Camp
In this program players will work on developing power as well as edge control and agility. Skating is the most important skill. There are three types of skating a player must master to perform. These are power skating, functional skating and overspeed skating. Power skating consists of slow, powerful, perfect movements. Functional skating would include stopping/starting, tight turns, crossovers and transitions. Overspeed skating is designed to get a player out of his/her comfort zone and push the limits of what they believe their skating ability to be.
